Joines & Greene, P.L.L.C. was formed in September 1999 by merging the individual law practices of
Timothy B. Joines and Robert "Bert" G. Greene, Jr. We felt that we could better serve the citizens
of Wilkes County and the surrounding areas by combining our individual concentrations in the various
areas of the law. We moved into our present location at 115 East Main Street in Wilkesboro, North
Carolina in July 2000, in order to be closer to the Courthouse and in a location more convenient to our
clients.
In September 2006, we hired an associate, Justin M. Dingee, to further expand our practice in an effort
to better assist our clients and the citizens of Northwest North Carolina. We have over twenty-eight (28)
years of combined legal experience with our practice, concentrating in social security disability and
workers' compensation cases, estate settlements, real estate closings, traffic cases, collection matters
and general business, civil matters and criminal representation.
We are a small law firm with the resources and commitment to obtain the best results for our clients,
while also maintaining a personal relationship with our clients rather than giving the impression that they
are just another number in the law business. Our legal staff has many years of experience and will be
happy to assist our clients. We are committed to the best personal service that we can provide in any
given situation.
